Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery
If Item is received damaged. I do require pictured proof of said damage. Once damage has been verified, we can start to negotiate any replacements and or refund. I will also determine case by case if an item will need to be shipped back to me. Thank you for your understanding and support.
