If Item is received damaged. I do require pictured proof of said damage. Once damage has been verified, we can start to negotiate any replacements and or refund. I will also determine case by case if an item will need to be shipped back to me. Thank you for your understanding and support.

I thought it would have been bigger then it was. It states it's 3 inches but it's 1.5 inches. They measured around instead of across. Still a cute candle, but I bought a candle holder and the candle doesn't fix.
