Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery
If Item is received damaged. I do require pictured proof of said damage. Once damage has been verified, we can start to negotiate any replacements and or refund. I will also determine case by case if an item will need to be shipped back to me. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Beautiful, looks as pictured. Time to arrival was very reasonable for a handmade product. Seriously considering sending some others as gifts to friends of mine.
