Each set of dice is handmade, making every piece truly one-if-a-kind. Because of this artisanal process, minor variations such as small bubbles, slight mold marks, color differences or shifts in inclusions may be present. If Item is received damaged. I do require pictured proof of said damage. Once damage has been verified, we can start to negotiate any replacements and or refund. I will also determine case by case if an item will need to be shipped back to me. Thank you for your understanding and support.
